Best Killer Agent in town!

Welcome to the Mike Yeargin Team blog. We are a full service real estate team with Keller Williams Community Partners in Cumming, Georgia. We work with buyers, sellers and investors in the North Atlanta area.

Our team specializes in new and resale homes in Alpharetta, Roswell, Cumming, Dawsonville and Duluth, Georgia. We also work work the Lake Lanier area as well. Another specialty is estate, golf and country club properties.

Mike Yeargin, a former VA appraiser and real estate attorney is our team lead. He also works with many commercial and land buyers and sellers in this region.

    how is the vacation home market in the north georgia mountains? is now a good time to buy? i’ve thought about purchasing a beach home but there seems to be a lot of drawbacks like hurricanes! :)
